TESTIMONIALS

The following testimonials were provided by individuals who have shared gratitude for the assistance they’ve received from Angela Omoike and the Angels Foundation. Angela and many members of the Foundation are members of our Epiphany family

Isaac Udoka Nkwegu

My name is Isaac Udoka Nkwegu, and I’m originally from Ebonyi State, Nigeria. I
arrived in Canada March 2024. I am a refugee claimant.
Adjusting to life in Canada was tough, especially with the harsh weather and
unfamiliar food. I spent three months at the D’Ottawa Mission Shelter home,
where I struggled to adapt to Western cuisine.
However, my life took a dramatic turn when I met my foster mother, Mrs. Angela Omoike, the President of Angels Foundation. She was instrumental in helping me settle in Canada, just as a prophecy had foretold – that a black African woman would aid me.
Through her kindness and influence, Mrs. Angela Omoike secured a bedroom for me and Mr. Christian Adiele. Because I told her we could live together in the same room. She said because Mr Adiele is elderly. She also provided us with food and eventually helped me land my first job in Canada at Value Village, Cyrville.
Mrs. Angela Omoike has been more than just a foster mother to me; she’s been a mentor, advisor, prayer warrior, and backbone. Her exceptional charisma, philanthropy, and humility have inspired me to believe that nothing is impossible with perseverance and faith.
To Mrs. Angela Omoike, I offer my heartfelt thanks. You’re more than just a foster mother; you’re a
guardian angel, a mentor, and a friend. I pray that God continues to bless you with wisdom, knowledge, financial capacity, good health, and long life, so you can keep shining your light and touching the lives of those around you. Thank you, Mummy, for being a blessing to me. I’m honored to call you my mother.

Achare Valerie

My name is Achare Valerie am from Cameroon. I will love to express my appreciations to the Angels Foundation in Canada.
Last year I had the privilege to get a Canadian visa and relocated in Canada, while in
Canada my first 3 months seems like I made a wrong decision but while this was
going through my mind I was invited by a friend to attend one of Angels Foundation
praise and worship session.
I quickly accepted the invitation and at the set time we when together, my aim going there was to have a place to spend my day to avoid some loneliness.
Getting at the venue the President of Angel Foundation (Mummy Angela, mama Africa as I call her in my mind quickly rushed to me asking me how am doing, where am from where I live just to name a few. I felt it so much for it was a strange experience to see someone who has time and interesting to know you more.
From that day onward mummy keeps getting in touch with me and I was attending every program she brings in place. So far the foundation has been a huge blessing to me through different channels like supporting in job search, giving out winter kits, promoting culture of Africa, Emotional support connections with like minded people and also cooking African dishes and sharing with all members.
The Angels Foundation has been a huge Blessing to me, even till date it’s still a great Blessing to me. I really appreciate The President of Angels Foundation and her members for this great initiative. I will keep supporting and make sure the foundation is increasing in size and impact in Canada. Thank you for everything.

Tochi Nwosu

My name is Tochi Nwosu and this is the testimony of how the lord has used the Angel Foundation to bless me and my family. I and my 4 children moved to Ottawa from Montreal August of 2024 and did not have a place to stay as our initial thought was to go to a shelter, but when we arrived, we were told that the shelters were all filled up and that there was no availability for me and my children. We pleaded and pleaded, and called as many shelters as we could but they all kept saying the same thing, it was either they did not have accommodation for us or they do not accept families.

We had nowhere to stay and no food to eat, our bags and luggage were still outside the shelter and we were told that the shelter was closing for the day and to go outside the building even when it was already night time. When we called Angels Foundation at night, she immediately came to our aid. She brought food for me and my kids and comforted us tell us that it would all be fine. Later that day, with great difficulty, she managed to get us a temporary place to stay which helped us greatly. She would come every day to bring food and kitchen utensils to help us cook as well as food stuffs. I can go on and on about her kindness and would not get tired. When the Canadian government failed us, she and her foundation was there to lend a helping hand and for that we will forever be grateful. She is truly a kind soul and without her I do not know where I and my kids would’ve ended up in.
