A community-based settlement organization
The Angels Foundation is dedicated to supporting and empowering refugees and immigrants as they navigate the journey of settling into their new communities. We focus on language training, education, and employment opportunities — while ensuring access to culturally familiar meals and activities that help ease the transition and foster a sense of belonging.
- Community-based support rooted in Ottawa, serving newcomers across the region.
- 400+ new immigrants welcomed and supported since March 2024.
- Twice-monthly cultural gatherings that turn strangers into neighbours.
